7 Best Romantic Honeymoon Destinations You Have To Visit

Yay! You are engaged! You’re busy planning the wedding, getting your dress, sending out invites… but now, what about your honeymoon? Some people have their honeymoon all planned out, and some only know they want warm weather and beaches. I’ve got you! Here is a list of 7 of the most wonderful honeymoon places you could visit! These are by far not all of the best honeymoon places, but these are some of my personal favorites!

KAUAI, HAWAII:

If you are looking for white sandy beaches and being engulfed in a tropical heaven, you’ve picked the right place! Kauai is one of the oldest and least developed Hawaiian island. The island isn’t as busy as the other Hawaiian islands which helps add to the secluded feel. While you are there you can go kayaking from the Wailua River Valley to the Huleia River, and plenty of rental water sport activities! You can’t go wrong with Kauai!

 

VIRGIN ISLANDS, US:

Come get a taste of the Caribbean in the Virgin Islands! You’ll have beautiful beaches and volcanic scenes for the best honeymoon pictures you could imagine. Due to the weather, they recommend that you go spring or early summer to avoid hurricane season. While you’re there you can explore the Virgin Island National Park, go sailing around the islands, or take a day trip to Buck Island!

 

COZUMEL, MX:

Did you know that Cozumel is Mexico’s largest island? Despite it being the largest, Cozumel provides a cozy and laid back feel when you go there! It’s also in the top 5 places to scuba dive! You can snorkel without having a tour guide, and there is a bus system that takes you all along the island! you can also rent mopeds for a true vacation feel!

 

AMALFI COAST, ITALY:

If you are looking for a destination with stunning views, elegance, and Italy’s charm you’ve picked the best spot. You can visit here with any budget, once you’re there you can rent chairs and umbrellas for the beach all day or you can or stay in one of the fanciest hotels to enjoy the luxury. Also you can take a day hike to Path of the Gods to get up above the city to see Amalfi from above! You can’t go wrong here!

 

TULUM, MX:

This is the place where you can get that tropical honeymoon experience! Did you know that most beaches allow topless nudity and cannabis? If you’re into that, here’s your heaven! there is also an eco-friendly push here. With restaurants wanting to use wood fired appliances rather than electric, and hotels with an eco-friendly atmosphere! I will say that Tulum is not a cheap getaway, but it its totally worth it!

 

TURKS AND CAICOS:

If you want the warm and wonderful tropical oasis this is the perfect place for you and your boo. With the temperatures staying above 80 degrees all year you can expect pure sunshine joy. With only a 90 minute flight from Miami you can get there quick. Some things to do while you are there are scuba diving, snorkeling, golf, horse back riding on the beach, tour the surrounding islands. With the turquoise waters and and white beaches you can’t go wrong with this dreamy honeymoon location!

 

THE SEYCHELLES:

Not many know about the Seychelles. These beaches are freckled with boulders in contrast of the soft white sand and year-round sunshine – a perfect mixture to the perfect honeymoon. Besides the usual snorkeling you can go on a boat tour, hike, island hop, lay on the beach, and visit the local shops and markets. These islands are a hideaway tucked away just for you to explore.
